Terms of Service

PredictPitch offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.

• Payment is required in full before access to predictions and services is granted.
• PayPal: Payments are processed in GBP through our secure PayPal integration.
• PesaPal: Payments are accepted in multiple currencies including KES, TZS, UGX, RWF, GBP, USD, and ZAR through our PesaPal integration.
• PredictPitch does not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers.
• All sales are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

• Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and is valid for the duration of the selected plan.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to purchase a new plan once your current subscription expires.
• You will receive an email notification when your subscription expires.
• Access to predictions and subscriber-only features is revoked immediately upon expiry.
• To continue using the service, you may purchase a new subscription at any time from the pricing page.

• Each PredictPitch account is limited to one active session at a time.
• If you log in from a new device or browser, any existing session will be automatically terminated.
• This policy is enforced to prevent unauthorized account sharing and to protect the integrity of our service.
• Repeated violations of this policy may result in account suspension or closure.

• The sole account user must be the person named as the registered account holder and/or payer of the subscription fees.
• You must not provide access to your account to third parties under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to close a subscriber account with immediate effect and without refund should we have reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in violation of these terms, or has been accessed without authorization by third parties.

The predictions and information provided by PredictPitch are for personal use only and must be kept confidential until the end of the relevant sporting events. Subscribers are not permitted to re-sell, distribute, share, or in any other way disclose predictions received via PredictPitch to third parties prior to the conclusion of the specific sporting events.

Subscribers are also prohibited from using automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party tools to collect or scrape prediction data from PredictPitch. This does not apply to the legitimate automated betting functionality provided through the Syndicate AI plan.

• PredictPitch uses machine learning ensemble models to generate football match predictions based on historical match data, team form, and statistical analysis.
• All predictions are probabilistic in nature and do not guarantee any specific outcome.
• Past performance of our prediction models does not guarantee future results.
• PredictPitch is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of acting on our predictions.

• The Syndicate AI plan includes the Cloudbet Autopilot feature, which places bets automatically on your behalf through your Cloudbet account.
• You must have a valid, funded Cloudbet account to use the automated betting feature.
• PredictPitch does not hold, manage, or have direct access to your Cloudbet account funds.
• Once a bet has been placed by the autopilot system, it cannot be reversed by PredictPitch.
• PredictPitch is not responsible for any losses incurred through automated betting, including but not limited to losses due to market movements, odds changes, or prediction inaccuracies.
• You may disable the autopilot feature at any time through your account settings.
• By using the Syndicate AI plan, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all bets placed on your behalf.

• PredictPitch is a prediction and analysis service. We are not a gambling operator and do not accept wagers directly.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our predictions complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• We encourage all users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.
• If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, please seek help from the following resources:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: PredictPitch does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, analysis, or information provided on the site. Subscribers acknowledge that they shall be solely liable for their acts and decisions.
• Third-Party Services: PredictPitch cannot be held responsible for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions caused by third parties, including but not limited to email services, payment processors, bookmakers, and data providers.
• Copyright: All predictions, analysis, and content provided by PredictPitch are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, publication, or distribution of our content will result in immediate legal action.
• Financial Losses: PredictPitch cannot be held responsible or liable for any financial loss, whether direct or indirect, arising fully or partly from the use of our predictions and services.
• Force Majeure: PredictPitch cannot be held responsible in any case of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, changes in legislation, or infrastructure failures.
• Information Security: PredictPitch is not responsible for any loss of information due to circumstances beyond our control. All information submitted to PredictPitch is at your own risk.
• Indemnity: You shall not hold PredictPitch, its officers, or shareholders liable on the basis of any recommendations or information provided. You shall be solely liable for any use you make of predictions published via PredictPitch.
